Why is dating an Austrian girl a hard thing to do?

  • Especially, if she also speaks slovenian:
  • "Pridi k meni, moj Tigerrr!"
  • Now remember how they say the letter R!
  • Read the line again, and imagne how the foreplay would be like.
  • For my international readers, here is the international edition:
  • "Grab me hard, my Tiger!"

Don't get cremated...

  • It is bad for the environment!
  • When bodies are burned a lot of gas or other fosile fuel is burnt.
  • That means that a lot of CO2 emissions.
  • That means global warming.
  • That means more people will die because they will drown by the melting snow.
  • That means more people will have to be cremated.
  • And that means even more CO2 emissions... you get the picture.
  • I can't help but wonder, can we cremate environmental irrationalism?
  • PS: How many missing links are there in the above "argument"?

Power of religion.

  • With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

Jože Pučnik je zaprt zardi megle!

Zato predlagamo vsem turistom, da si vzamejo še en dan za ogled slovenske prestolnice Janšograda.

  • Translation and explanation will be supplied on demand.
  • Go and learn slovenian language. If nothing else you will get our jokes and be able to understand half of Poland, which is ironically learning our language.

Lets fuse!

  • I am excited.
  • I just watched a very interesting video lecture, given by Dr. Robert Bussard.
  • Basically, how do you imagine a world with almost unlimited power supply, which is very cheap?
  • According to the lecturer and some other physics, humanity is only 5 years from obtaining the holy grail of physics. It is a matter of engineering and 200 mio dollars, the inventors say. Well and so do the investment-consulting firms.
  • Over 100 years ago, when Wright brothers first took off, would I believe it would be possible to fly commercially in 20 years? Probably not, but maybe C02 emissions aren't as big as a problem as we would like to believe.
  • I have three concerns on this topic: 1. If it is really almost there and the experiments done show it is actually working, why doesn't Bussard have a Nobel prize, and is having a hard time raising the required 200 million $ ? 2. Why is EU and Japan investing over 12 billion EUR into ITER thermal fusion project that doesn't work? 3. Why is all the money that is being spent on decreasing C02 emissions not spent on reducing the source of these emissions?
  • Is humanity really so slow to react? Anyway, in my excitement I am reconsidering my stock portfolio...
